We celebrated my sweet grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary this weekend in Tampa. It was beyond perfect and just so them. My favorite part of the party was all of the old photos of them scattered throughout the ballroom. They had this photo board with a photo from every trip they have ever taken abroad. It was so sweet to see them throughout the years together in all of the different countries. They have definitely lived a blessed and adventurous life and it got me so excited about the next 45 years of my marriage. The ballroom was filled with my Grammy's favorite yellow roses and there was a 16 piece brass band that played my Grandaddy's favorite Frank Sinatra classics. After a heartfelt toast from my dad, the two love birds took the dance floor to their song and the theme of the night "Fly Me to the Moon". Precious doesn't even come close. I am so thankful for the picture of marriage that they show to our family and for always loving and supporting each other no matter what. Thankful to have been there to capture this special celebration!
